The above prices are for room hire only.
*** “With catering” means at least lunch for the entire group. All catering & equipment hire are an additional cost.
“Half Day” means a maximum of 4 hours (either finishing no later than 12.00 noon or commencing 12.00 noon or later).
“Room Hire” includes complimentary iced water & mints.
All conference rooms (except Court room) have room controlled air-conditioning. All rooms have broadband internet access including wireless
router for multiple user access, telephones and plenty of natural light.
Cancellation fee applies where less than seven (7) days notice in writing received. Where Board room is used as accommodation and conference
facility, an extra charge of $ 100.00 shall apply as a conference room charge.

Court room
	Court room is located on ground floor and opens out onto the Court yard which is ideal for breaks. Ideal for small board room type meetings, interviews or one on one training. Broadband internet access.

Board room
	Board room is located in the Two bedroom apartment. Plenty of natural light. 40” LCD TV with plug in facilities to laptop for Power point presentations. Individual room control air-conditioning and broadband internet access. Ideal for small conferences and private dining.

Brighton room
	Brighton room features natural light on two opposite walls and has a high ceiling with pitched roof. Handy access to the café/bar and poolside area for a change of scenery during break times. Soundproof doors can be opened between the Brighton and adjoining Vineyard room. Suitable for small conferences, breakout room and private dining. Individual room control air-conditioning and broadband internet access.

Vineyard room
	Vineyard room features natural light on two adjacent walls, high ceilings with pitched roof. The room overlooks the hotel gardens and carparking area. Handy access to the café/bar and poolside area for a change of scenery during break times. Soundproof doors can be opened between the Vineyard and adjoining Brighton room. Suitable for smaller weddings, conferences/functions, private dining and cocktail parties. Individual room control airconditioning and broadband internet access.

Richmond room
	Richmond room has ground level access from the carpark. Is suitable for those larger conferences for up to 220 guests. Vehicle and machinery access. Plenty of natural light along entire length of the room. Lighting track, stage and sound system. Separate toilet facilities and full bar available. Reception area is ideal for guest welcome or registration. Directly adjacent to the hotel swimming pool area with sun umbrellas, tables & chairs and is available for refreshment breaks if not otherwise booked. Ideal for product releases, exhibitions, trade displays, AGM’s, Christmas functions, weddings, cocktail parties and larger conferences. Individual room control air-conditioning and broadband internet access. * Max. = 180 PAX, Banquet style (with round tables)

RTB Garden Bar & Restaurant
	RTB is available as a function room. Opens out onto poolside area with tropical landscaping and flood-lit pool. Suitable for informal events. Individual room control air-conditioning and broadband internet access.

The poolside area
	Poolside area is available as a function area suitable for barbeques, Christmas functions, informal weddings and general entertaining. This area has a small covered section adjoining the café/bar, attractive landscaping complete with sun umbrellas, tables and chairs for the summer months and sparkling pool lights and gas heaters for the winter months or night time functions. It has a seating capacity for up to 80 people. Exclusive use of poolside area $ 250.00 + GST.
