I personally would like to thank Michelle, Simina and Maxine that took care of /put up with us on our last night there. You all made us feel very welcome. The lovely lady who was normally on the front desk, thankyou for the friendly welcomes and the late night at the bar and putting up with us also. Oh yeah and my morning newspaper, took me a week to figure out where that was coming from lol. To the Chef for taking care of my odd choice of meals; much appreciated mate; was very happy with my meals. Michelle (Food & Beverage Manager), Charm (Waitress), Noo (2 nd Chef) and desk lady (Wed. evening – Hotel Reception) very helpful. Value for money – Yes, except bathroom. Would use again but would hope to get an upgraded room. Cleaning staff good considering the luggage chaos in small room. Comment – some way of stopping the back door from banging early in morning and late at night.” (Budget room) |

Rooms – high standard of cleanliness. All Cleaning staff I passed gave a lovely smile and hello. Uniforms were professional looking.
Restaurant - Breakfast was hot, well presented. Lovely food. Wed. meal (Lamb) Absolutely beautiful. Well presented. Hot and as requested pink & juicy. Thurs. meal (Fish) Again, well presented. Hot. Produced by Charm with a smile. Just right amount of food. Fish cooked well. Chips just right, well drained.
Room service staff and Charm (Waitress/barperson) at Bar – very can-do attitude, smiling & professional.
Reception - Thursday morning Reception – I did not ask for any help with luggage and had 2 x suitcases, however, I was also not offered any help even with opening a door . Morning receptionist (Tu) huge smile. Welcome. I had to wait one hour for my transport. She went out of her way to offer solutions & help. Male Receptionist in the morning worked well with Tu (Female Receptionist).
Beautiful surroundings. Very clean.

"I was the facilitator for the workshop at Mount Richmond on Tuesday 20 th Oct and I want to acknowledge to you the fantastic support your staff gave me in my time there. This was always going to be a challenging workshop, with large numbers, a lot of small group activity and a huge agenda to get through. Michelle was great to deal with! She came in especially late Monday afternoon to ensure the room was set up to best fit my needs and she stayed on to make that happen. I didn't have to lift a finger and could just get on with what I had to do. Everything I needed was made available to me and all the staff I had dealings with (reception, bar, room service, conference room) were very friendly, polite and swift in their response. During the workshop the conference room staff were fantastic about clearing away used cups and replacing water at the tables, and the lunch was really great. And on top of all this my introduction to your venue was perfect. I arrived on Monday afternoon, hassled and stressed after the taxi ride from hell! My first words to reception were "I need a drink!" Your receptionist just took this in her stride, was very friendly and understanding and then gave me a complimentary drink voucher and an upgrade to a room with a wonderfully comfortable bed – just what I needed. So all in all I had a fantastic experience because of your wonderful staff and I would like to commend them for that. I travel a lot for work and this has been the best service I have received."
